진행하는 GI(Graded Index)형 플라스틱 광섬유이다.전송 대역폭이 넓고 전송량이 큰 고속 전송에 적합하며, 재료 자체의 저가격성과
유연성, 설치의 편리 성과 뛰어난 접속 작업성으로 저가의 정보통신 선로를 구축할 수 있다. 또한, 전자파에 대한 장애가 없고, 모든 고분자의
기계적 성질인 뛰어난 굽힘특성 및 유연성 때문에 실장공간이 협소한 자동차 내의 엔진실 등의 장소에서 자유롭게 사용이 가능하다.
